It seems that this décor originates from the pre-columbian culture of paracas, and that this tapestry comes from the Peruvian crafts (says s.ross whom I thank) of the 50s/70s. After verification, we find the same type of pattern. This carpet can also be used as a wall tapestry. The wool is clean and in good condition. Small price.
