Eye Ball Space age lamp from the 60s/70s

Very beautiful lamp circa 1970. Model called "Eye Ball" (resemblance to an eye) completely in the Space Age spirit of this era. Made in Germany by DBGM (buffer under base). Entirely in chromed metal, interior of the globe in aluminum, it consists of a base (diameter 17 cm and thickness 1 cm) in the center of which rises a support rod (49 cm), along and around which is positioned a globe diffuser (diameter of 15 cm), mounted on a ball joint (length 8.5 cm) allowing orientation in all planes. 180 cm electric wire. Sold with bulb. In perfect condition, there are just a few micro-scratches on the base, with no aesthetic impact. Uncommon and very qualitative model, design and trendy, this pretty lamp can also be used as a desk, bedside or ambient lamp in a living room.
