Mid-century sofa that converts into a daybed. Designed by rob parry for gelderland in the 1960s. The sofa has been restored. The fabric is 100% wool. The seat can be raised from 39cm to 45cm by pulling it towards you. The seat also lies down to a flat sleep area measuring 195x75cm. I bought this sofa 3 years ago on this same site. The seller at the time had restored the sofa (a new wooden subframe and back, new foam, new straps and new upholstery). It is still in very good condition. Afterwards it's a vintage sofa. The wool is a little patinated in certain places. It also came off a little in one place underneath (see detail photo). It's very easy to put back together I think. I'm just not well equipped to do it properly. It is a very beautiful sofa, comfortable and with a deep seat.
