Large Napoleonic pedestal table in wood and leather

Beautiful round pedestal table in fruit wood and leather. Handcrafted by a cabinetmaker in the late nineteenth century, it proudly displays a napoleonic style with its turned feet ending in spinning top and its finish in veneer. The 4 feet are connected by a magnificent x-shaped spacer. The top is covered with burgundy leather that contrasts perfectly with the honey color of the wood. It is in very good general condition, it has undergone repairs over the years, but it is very stable and solid. Traces of life and a beautiful patina make all its authenticity. There are two slight gaps on the veneer, visible in the photos. This pedestal table will give a little classic touch to your decoration, it would be perfect at the corner of a beautiful living room, with a large lamp placed on it, or a beautiful floral vase.
