Indian (masala) spice box

Vintage 60s. Large indian spice box. Masala box. Handcrafted in monoxyl (from a single teak trunk), bleached and carved by hand. Unique piece. 60 years old, from rajasthan where it was traditionally used to store spices and move them easily. Old wood. Magnificent patina. Cracks (2 exterior, 2 interior), imperfections throughout, impacts particularly underneath, wear and color variations contribute to the charm of the object.
