Table lamp by josep maria magem for madom. Spain, 1971-75. Rare model with few pieces produced, visible among others at the barcelona design museum. (photos) it is an open metal sphere that rests on a cylindrical metal base, covered in velvet. The sphere, with a large opening, lets the light pass easily. It can be placed in different positions on its base, which gives it different styles and allows the light to be directed. A slit all around lets a light beam pass through. The base houses the switch, a dimmer. It allows you to change the intensity. Excellent condition, may however show some signs of age.
