Lowboard teak chest of drawers, denmark 1960s, vintage mid-c modern

A beautiful lowboard chest of drawers manufactured in denmark in the 1960s. Finished with teak veneer with beautiful grain on the top and solid elements such as drawer or front handles and edges. Legs made of solid beech wood stained in a teak color that matches the whole. A great representative of danish design, which is characterized by elegant, clean lines and a neat shape. The chest of drawers is divided into 3 segments. On the left there are 5 smoothly moving drawers, and in the middle and right parts there are shelves behind sliding fronts. The whole thing went through a full renovation process, including cleaning of old coatings, sanding the top, light staining to even out the color, and filling small veneer defects. In the final stage, the chest of drawers was newly protected with hard oil-wax, resistant to dirt and water. An elegant piece of mid-century danish design with good proportions, great color and beautiful condition. Although there is one scratch on the tabletop, shown in the photo, this does not detract from the value of the furniture. Ready to be used.
