Rare set of 8 Space Age modular wall/ceiling lights — Rolf Krüger for Staff Leuchten (c. 1970) Stunning and rare set of 8 modular lights by German designer Rolf Krüger, produced in the 1970s by the renowned company Staff Leuchten (Staff & Schwarz Leuchtenwerke). An icon of Space Age design, this model is distinguished by its square structure in mirrored chrome steel and its great versatility. Thanks to their modular design, these 8 elements can be assembled into an infinite number of wall or ceiling combinations (large panel of 4 × 2, geometric compositions, long light strip, or several sub-assemblies). Features & Condition. Designer: Rolf Krüger. Publisher: Staff Leuchten (Germany, with original markings and specifications on the back) Era: Circa 1970. Materials: Bright chrome steel, ceramic and metal sockets. Dimensions per module: ~ 10cm X 10cm X h 12 cm. Electricity: Works with standard E27 bulb sockets (ideally with silvered caps for optimal visual rendering and glare-free). Original interconnection system at the back. Condition: Very good vintage condition. The chrome retains a superb mirror shine with very slight signs of use or patina that are quite normal for their age. Delivery Information. Carefully packaged in secure and protected packaging for each module.
