Wooden living room coffee table, sliding top, 2 extensions

This pretty living room table from the 1970s and 1980s, extendable, solid wood, reduced in size, extends its wings if you have needed them thanks to 2 extensions that slip discreetly when their use is no longer justified. Between 119 cm, 139 and even 159 cm, the variable amplitude is appreciable and of a sought-after functionality. The top is composed of wooden slats like floor assembled with finesse, for a surface with broken corners in the shape of an elongated hexagon. The whole is studded according to a beautiful tradition of old cabinetmaking. The feet are turned and the base is completed by a t-assembly that offers a reinforced solidity. The table was stripped, treated and the tray received a protective layer (hard bottom). The natural color harmonizes easily.
