Brown petrified wood coffee table made up of three solid elements: a cubic base and two circular tops of different diameters, stacked and offset. Polished fossilised wood, in a dark brown hue with warm reflections, featuring white and beige veins. On the large top, the growth rings and fibres of the ancient trunk remain visible. The base retains the vertical grain of the wood, marked by fine, lighter natural cracks. The composition combines the cube and the cantilevered circle, an uncommon shape for this material. Petrified wood sourced from Indonesia. Petrified wood results from a slow fossilisation process during which minerals, primarily silica, replace the organic material of the wood while preserving its structure. This table can fit in a living room, in front of a sofa, or as a side table in a large space.
