He founded wilmotte & associés in 1975 in Paris and the design studio wilmotte & industries in 1976. His work was adorned with numerous architectural awards. Artemide is a Milanese company founded in 1972. Mario Botta, Sir Norman Foster, Ettore Sottsass, Enzo Mari, Neil Poulton, Karim Rashid, Giò Ponti and many other designers have contributed to the fame of this publisher.
