Huge genuine retro 1950s red fabric wall hanging of a giraffe and calf

A scarce vintage hand screen-printed pop art fabric wall-panel with stylised giraffe and a calf in a bold red colourway. It was created by award-winning german painter, graphic artist, fabric designer and jeweler, traute sänger (1928-2017), for her own company, sängerform. These are nos (new old stock) from the artist's estate sale. We acquired a number of the original hand-drawn drafts for similar designs, dated 1968.
