Mazda desk lamp, 1960s

Very beautiful table lamp, called a liner lamp, from the Mazda brand. 1960s. This lamp has been largely restored: its metal base completely sanded and removed from its rust, then painted cream white and protected with a satin varnish; the oblong turned wooden leg sanded and varnished (light oak color); the lampshade remade in its dimensions with polyphane and cream-white silk fabric with discreet patterns, mounted on its original structure and enhanced with cream braid and gold threads. The golden metallic elements are original and show some traces of time (scratches). The entire electrical system has been preserved and is original. Ignition is done on the side of the socket, by pulling the wire. Works perfectly, with large base screw bulb. Dimensions: 84.5 x 35 x 35 cm / lampshade dimensions: 30 x 35 x 35 cm.
