Vintage 50s/60s Old Handmade Small Stool Vintage 50s/60s Old Small Stool. Authentic old farmhouse small stool (footrest) made of solid wood. Crafted in the period, the seat is attached to the legs with four beautiful large forged iron nails with a patinated head, visible on top. Very dense and heavy solid wood (oak or chestnut). Net weight of 1.93 kg, which gives it excellent stability on the ground. Rustic and raw style with irregular seat edges that highlight the natural grain of the wood. Very good overall condition, healthy wood, superb original old patina. Ideal for a shabby country decor. Perfect as an extra seat, character side table, plant stand, or raw decorative element (Wabi-sabi / chic country, shabby spirit).
