Verres Luminarc Tivoli set of 8, large amber glasses with a grass motif.

These glasses will surely remind you of memories; we have all seen this design on glasses, a jug, at a mother’s, an aunt’s, or a grandmother’s! They are glasses from the famous brand Luminarc (from the same group as Cristal d’Arques), specifically the Tivoli model in smoked glass decorated with grasses (flowers and dry ears). Their shape is lovely with a thick, tapered base and a slightly conical bowl. They date from the 70s or early 80s. This model is harder to find than the one below: due to their large size, the risk of clinking and therefore breaking was certainly greater, so they are less numerous second-hand, and probably less purchased at the time as the buyer, often the mother of the family, prioritised durability. This lot includes 8 glasses, never used, still in their original packaging. They are in perfect condition, no chips, decoration intact. I can also offer them in a lot of just 4 glasses; please ask me via messaging. These glasses measure 12.5 cm in height, 5 cm in diameter at the base, and 6 cm in diameter at the opening.
