Eames Office Chair - Herman Miller - Vitra 1972/1989 Germany

Fiberglass desk chair by charles and ray eames with swivel chrome aluminum base and on wheels. Marked under a herman miller sticker, the herman miller logo embossed in the fiber and also the letter V embossed in the fiber. These markings mean that these bases were produced in germany at weil am rhein between 1972 and 1989 by herman miller -vitra. Very nice model, quite rare, with a sure provenance from the markings below. Good condition, tiny traces on the edges, photographed, a brown spot at the back (<2cm), chrome feet oxidized by time. Dimensions 47 X 79 X 61 cm and seat 44 cm.
