1970s Set of 4 “3103” chairs by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen, Denmark

A lovely set of four dining chairs, model 3103, designed by arne jacobsen and manufactured by fritz hansen in denmark around 1970. Also nicknamed the “hammerhead” chair, this iconic design has a unique shape and style! The seat and back are crafted and bent from a singular piece of red painted wood. They have chrome plated tubular metal feet, creating a wonderful contrast and a modern style to this timeless piece! They have the manufacturer’s label underneath and are also marked on the white part of the lower base. Sold as a set, the price is for 4 chairs together. The set remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
