We present you a unique, original living room piece of furniture - a Victorian newspaper holder (the so-called Canterbury) from the first half of the 19th century. This extremely stylish and functional antique delights with its classic lines and beautiful old craftsmanship, making it a perfect addition to both traditional and eclectic interiors. The furniture is made entirely of solid oak wood with a deep, warm shade of brown and clear, natural grain. Four spacious compartments for press or documents, separated by elegant, arched slats. The middle panel is equipped with a cut-out, very handy handle for easy carrying. In the lower part of the structure there is an original, wide drawer with two turned wooden knobs. The magazine holder is supported on slender, turned balusters that turn into original brass wheels that make it easier to move the furniture. The piece of furniture is in very good antique condition. Natural traces of age are visible, which give it an authentic character and unique patina. The structure is stable, the wheels work, and the drawer opens smoothly. The furniture is clean, well-kept and ready to be placed indoors. Dimensions: Width: 48 cm. Depth: 35.5 cm. Height: 50.5 cm.
