A beautiful ceramic vase made by Bertoncello with an incredible sculptural form. Bertoncello Ceramiche DÁrte was founded in Schiavon, Vicenza around 1956 and continued production until late 1999. These beautiful vases and jugs are made by Bertoncello in the late 1960s or early 1970s. The vase is glazed with a glaze called 'Screziato', which means 'streaked'. The Screziato glaze in this darker brown color is called 'Tabacco'. Height: 24 cm Ø width: 18 cm Vase is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or other damage, vase marked with number 775.
