By supplementing your interior with vintage items, you are acting in an environmentally conscious manner. After all, no new raw materials need to be used for this product. When you choose vintage, you use what is already available, and that makes it sustainable. You may not be giving these objects a second life, but perhaps even a third or fourth. Vintage products are of high quality and last for several lifetimes for good reason. Behind every vintage product is a story. The often minimal signs of use offer a glimpse into the life of the previous owner. The extent to which these signs of use are present is stated in the description. Photos are part of this description. Please examine them carefully. Vintage (read: used) items sometimes show color variations, uneven wear, and/or normal wear. Please take this into account when making a purchase. This is the Goof vase, a design by Bryan van Schooten for the Dutch ceramic studio Cor Unum. The object is characterized by a distinct geometric silhouette with a striking, asymmetrically placed handle that gives the design a playful character. The vase is crafted from high-quality ceramic and finished in a matte white glaze. The 2020 design displays the designer's signature on the underside, confirming the authenticity of this Dutch design object. The clean lines and monochrome color scheme emphasize the sculptural form of the piece. The object is in good condition, commensurate with its age and use. The original finish has been preserved, allowing the character of the design to come fully into its own. This vase functions both as a standalone sculptural object and as a functional holder for floral arra.
