Large Salins Meribel fruit bowl

Large abstract salins fruit bowl or decorative dish with a sculptural teardrop shape and pedestal feet. Model "meribel" from the mid century, it has the typical salins brushstroke glaze in caramel and dark brown. It is a large size at 46 cm wide, 27 cm deep and 20 cm high at the top peak. A rarely seen salins piece, it has 2 chips on the side, just under the rim, therefore they are not very apparent when on display. No other defects or cracks, it is an impressive mid century piece.
