Set of eight salt shakers and silver ball pepper shakers

Period: ca. Mid-20th century. Set of four pairs (eight pieces) of ball-shaped silver salt shakers and pepper shakers. They are about the size of ping-pong balls. There are four balls with one hole, and four balls with five holes. The bases are covered with a plastic lid. They all have the brand for the company jhs denmark danish silver; jhs stands for j. Hofman & son who was active in copenhagen between 1919 and 1973. Status: very good. No damage. They do not appear to have been used. I recommend rinsing them before use. Dimensions: 3.5 cm diameter (see photo).
