Quan-yi armchair, ming, red lacquered with gilt highlights on the carved parts. Overflowing armrests. Panel carved with an openwork motif in a cartouche. Legs joined by crosspieces. Old metal reinforcements in the horseshoe arch of the backrest. Lacquer gaps and splays due to the respectable age of the still very stable object. Seat top: 58 cm X 46 cm, h.: 51 cm.
