A beautiful pair of vintage hand-carved alabaster (onyx marble) bud vases dating from the 1970s–1980s. Each vase has been carved from a single piece of natural stone, revealing unique translucent veining in warm ivory, honey, blush pink, sage green and caramel tones. No two pieces are alike, making this a truly one-of-a-kind decorative set. Their minimalist cylindrical silhouette makes them perfect for contemporary interiors as well as Mid-Century Modern, Mediterranean, Wabi-Sabi and Organic Modern spaces. Beautiful displayed on their own or with a single flower stem. The natural translucency of the stone becomes especially striking in daylight. Condition.
