Farmhouse table

Renovated old solid oak farmhouse table. Preserved to the maximum in its beautiful patina of origin, it is native to brittany. It has the particularity of having a sliding tray in both directions, which makes it possible to make a dining table, a dessert, a worktop and a storage box according to the needs. The tray slides perfectly. It is surrounded by a small border in two-tone marquetry. Fully sanded and treated, it is protected by a melter and then a non-toxic polyvine wax varnish. It just keeps small traces of time that make its authenticity. The tray can easily separate from the trunk for transport and installation. Its thickness is 3 cm. The body of the table is a chest treated against xylophagi and preserved in its original appearance. Cleaned, it has been reinforced on the most fragile parts by a hardening resin. The trunk measures 154 X 61 X 74 (high) cm.
