Les Pépites de Montreuil offers you an English Compactom wardrobe. A vintage English wardrobe from the Art Deco period. These wardrobes were used for Antique/Transatlantic boat crossings. Multiple drawers, hooks, and hangers for pants, shirts, ties, socks, etc. Partly made of walnut veneer, from the 1950s. Note two slight losses to the veneer and two small discolorations on the side. We cleaned, polished, and repaired it. Having been stored in a cellar for a long time, the bottom had started to get damp. We preferred to remove the marquetry and reinforce the bottom, then painted it matte black, allowing it to retain its elegance while giving it a truly modern touch. Dimensions: H 150 X W 84 X D 52.
