Folding oval winemaker's table

Very nice winegrower's table in solid oak. This pretty oval table was made by a cabinetmaker during the second half of the nineteenth century. Like all winemaker's tables, it is foldable or folding, which saves space and practicality to furnish small spaces. Full of charm, it is in beautiful condition despite the years. The shade has taken a beautiful brown patina, it has on traces of use and visible holes on the tray and feet, but it makes all its authenticity! A treatment was applied to stop the proliferation of pests, then a beautiful layer of antique wax for more shine and protection. It has an interesting size, neither too big nor too small, allowing to take meals with four without problem. Its pretty curved legs connected by a spacer and its v-shaped support give it a very modern art deco side. It was used in the kitchens of a large house in bordeaux for housekeepers; she will now be able to make a dining area, temporary or not, or even take place in a large entrance, bringing both the charm of wood and a country spirit.
