Old vintage engraving of two birds, signed j.gould. John gould, a big name in ornithology, and his wife elisabeth set up their own publishing house in london. Engraving under glass. Some traces of time on the edges, do not detract in any way from the finesse of this lithograph. Engraving in good condition, the whole is left in its juice. Dimensions 23 x31 x1 cm.
