Antique Louis XV gueridon – pink marble and gilded brass – late 19th century

Elegant antique side table in Louis XV style, dated from the late 19th century. The piece is made of solid wood, adorned with finely chiselled gilt brass mounts, and topped with a superb pink veined marble surface. Notable artisanal work: the shelf shows irregularities typical of manual shaping, confirming its authenticity. The curved legs, decorative drops in ribbons and garlands, as well as the original brass edging, make it a rare charming piece. Patina of time on the marble and wood, but in overall good condition with a solid structure. Ideal as a side table or at the end of a sofa in a classic or eclectic decor. Dimensions. Height: 65 cm.
