And later became a real dutch design classic. Radboud van beekum. Radboud van beekum, who graduated from the gerrit rietveld academy, worked from his studies in amsterdam as furniture for individuals and companies. He designed the fm60 cube chair in 1980, which was launched on the market in 1981 in collaboration with pastoe. The chair had already won the award at the triennale for furniture design in poznan and later became a true dutch design classic.
