Shelf in bamboo and rattan restyled with tropical textile

Period: ca. 1960-1970. A small three-level shelf to store books, objects or serve as a bedside table. The structure is made of solid bamboo rods that have been tied with rattan. Rattan was used to create decorative arches between the levels on the sides and back. The shelves were redone with fabric decorated with tropical plants; these have been treated with a protective varnish for textiles. Status: good. No damage. Some minor scratches due to previous use. Textile newly placed on the shelves. Dimensions: 69 cm high, 27.5 cm deep, 33 cm wide, 24 cm between shelves, 2 kg.
