Large cast iron Tetsu-Kyusu teapot from the famous Japanese brand Nanbu Tekki, Iwachu, featuring a dotted Arare pattern in a flat and wide Kambin ("sake warmer") style, with a rust-resistant enamelled interior and a removable stainless steel strainer. Signed in relief. Height: 17 cm with handle, 10 cm with lid. Length and width: 23 cm by 20 cm. Weight: 2.7 kg. Very good condition.
