Cone armchair designed by danish architect verner panton in 1958. Panton originally created the cone armchair as part of a complete redesign of the kom igen restaurant's interior, which included new furniture, textiles, lighting and more. The armchair owes its name to its simple, conical shape with graceful curves. The top of the inverted cone sits on a swivel stainless steel base, and the semi-circular, upholstered shell of the chair extends upward to form a backrest and armrests. A very comfortable armchair.armchair after upholstery renovation. Upholstered with a new high-quality velur fabric in a honey color. The metal elements have been cleaned and polished.
