Scandinavian floor lamp J. Junge, model 562, published in Denmark in the 1970s. Representative of Space Age and modernist design, it features a central shaft made of chrome-plated steel, weighted at its circular base in white lacquered metal, ensuring excellent stability. Its two cylindrical spots in white lacquered aluminium are fully adjustable on ball joints and slide along the chrome metal mast, allowing for both direct and indirect lighting. Conveniently, the original double switch at the base allows for independent control of each spot. This floor lamp is presented in very good original condition. The chrome is shiny and healthy, without pitting. The lacquered paint is very well preserved with only slight signs of use consistent with its age. The original electrical system has been checked and is fully functional. The paper label from the manufacturer J. Junge is still present inside each spot, guaranteeing its authenticity.
