He created a ceramics workshop around 1913. He would pursue both activities concurrently throughout his life. He began to make ceramics in the Savoyard tradition and became a member of the Société des Beaux-Arts de Savoie, then of the Société des Artistes Décorateurs. Paul JACQUET exhibited extensively and collaborated with the PRIMAVERA workshops between 1920 and 1925. Other Parisian artists called upon him, René HERBST (1891-1982) and Francis JOURDAIN (1876-1958) at the same time. He also received the Gold Medal at the 1925 Decorative Arts Exhibition in Paris. This award led to numerous orders and visits from prestigious figures. His ceramic production stopped in 1959. He died in ANNECY on May 4, 1968. Net weight 835 grams.
