Napoleon III style sloping desk

Charming little sloping desk in marquetry from the napoleon III period. 19th century floral decoration on a black background, each of its faces are curved key present opening by a flap with gilded bronze borders revealing a writing tablet, covered with a green felt carpet (worn condition). On the front, 3 small drawers. A secret locker with sliding shelf with its bronze handle. Rests on 4 arched legs. Rich ornamentation of gilded and chiseled bronzes. Beautiful state of conservation.
