Side Table Base, Vivai Del Sud, 1980s

Vintage pencil split reed rattan bamboo wicker side table base, vivai del sud. This gorgeous table came to us as a side table but due to the dimensions ( 75 cm high ) we believe it may have originated as a table base for a dining table ( of course this is still realizable by adding larger top, which is easy as the heavy base can hold a very large glass table top without any problems ). Its in a good vintage condition, the rattan near the bottom has darkened slightly over time. Although sold as 80s we believe it could also be 90s. We have also have listed two matching chairs ( there is a pic of the set only for reference ). We will also be listing the chairs separately and the set as a whole.
