Large guéridon / Art Deco coffee table with saber legs (1930) – No lacquer

Sublime and voluminous guéridon from the Art Deco period (1930s), featuring elegant architectural lines and generous proportions. This piece stands out for its superb contrast of materials and colours: a circular top and an upper band lacquered in a deep black, supported by four large curved legs known as "sabre" legs in walnut (or noble wood) with a warm patina. A circular stretcher shelf completes the ensemble while enhancing its stability. Authentic piece from the 1920s-1930s. Workshop marks: Presence of original assembly marks engraved with a chisel under the top (Roman numerals), attesting to period cabinetmaking. Restoration: Fully and carefully restored. The surface of the top features a beautifully restored glossy lacquer. The whole is sound, very stable, and ready to join your interior. Thanks to its rare dimensions for this type of model (90 cm in diameter), this centrepiece will bring a touch of assertive elegance to both a classic living room and contemporary decor.
