Empire era secretary

Very beautiful empire secretary (with antique purchase invoice in Versailles) in walnut and walnut veneer. Front opening with 1 upper drawer and a flap revealing a magnificent internal theater (9 drawers and 2 secret caches) upper part topped with period marble. Three large drawers under the flap. Decorated with flat columns topped with Corinthian capitals in gilded bronze. The piece of furniture has some veneer chips at the drawers.
