Pair of Scandinavian style armchairs by Sedláček & Vyčítal, Czechoslovakia, 1960´s

Pair of mid century armchairs from the 1960´s. This furniture were designed by karel vyčítal and miloš sedláček for dřevotvar jablonné nad orlicí in the former czechoslovakia. Miloš sedláček and karel vyčítal were leading czechoslovak post-war architects who worked for the czechoslovak firm dřevotvar jablonné nad orlicí. Their work was obviously inspired by post-war scandinavian design, which they not only drew inspiration from, but tried to modify it in various ways. This piece of furniture is made of high-quality beech wood and upholstery. It´s in good vintage condition, showing slight signs of age and using. Price is for the pair. Height: 78 cm. Width: 66 cm.
