XL dome pendant light in blown glass, Italy circa 1960

Magnificent and rare XL pendant light. Italian production circa 1960. Very original metal and chrome-plated brass structure supporting a very thick, one-piece, closed, ribbed and richly worked molded blown glass dome at its base. The total height of the light fixture is 90 cm, that of the dome 26 cm for a lower diameter of 40 cm, higher at the level of the ring 14 cm. The conical ceiling light is 6.5 cm high and 9 cm in diameter. In perfect condition, there is just a chip, glued back on, on one of the balls of the base, without affecting the aesthetics and imperceptible the suspended light, whether it is off or on. This superb, ultra-high quality pendant light will certainly be the centerpiece of your decor, in a large entrance or even a dressing room. It will be absolutely chic in a designer kitchen above the dining area...and what can we say once lit... Italian class!!!.
