Simone 3-seat sofa by Kazuhide Takahama for Simon International

Japanese designer Kazuhide Takahama is well known for his avant-garde designs from the 1980s. The Simone model was first made by Simon International. It was commonly made with a high gloss lacquered frame with leather cushions. This is a very rare edition with a fully upholstered frame. The sofa has its original red dust fabric under the cushions and red feet under the side parts of the sofa. The sofa has been reupholstered in a high quality velvet fabric. It is in very good condition.
