French Art Deco Signed Sousman Depose White Pate De Verre Ceiling Light.The glass displays classic geometric styling with a flower and wage detail, typical of the Art Deco period, softly diffusing light to create a warm and atmospheric glow. Suspended from three rope supports, the fixture carries a charming sense of age and authenticity. The ropes have naturally discoloured over time, adding to its vintage character and patina. The upper fittings, including the buttons and ceiling mount, are made of wood and left uncovered, lending a simple, rustic contrast to the more decorative glass shade.The light is fitted with twin core braided wiring and takes a B22 bayonet bulb. The shade is in great vintage condition with no cracks or chips, It does feature some air bubbles in the glass, which are typical of pieces from this period, adding to its authentic charm. There are also minor age-related marks within glass with some yellowing consistent with its vintage nature. The ropes are discoloured and the buttons and ceiling rose are wood with no covering.
