Large colourful ceramic wall bird, hand painted for majolica. 34 cm wide from wing to wing, it is a wall hanging bird with a hook hole. Its shape has mouldes feathers and angled wings, giving it it dimension. Beautifully hand painted with ombre graded colours and fine black lines. Marked "hand painted for majolica" and numbered on the back. In perfect state, no chips or cracks. Comparable pieces not found.
