Vintage Danish teak cabinet with sliding doors, 1960s

Sleek, not too big danish cabinet for a small living room, entry hall, or bedroom. Manufactured in denmark in the 1960s. Sliding doors open a storage space with an adjustable shelf, which makes the piece functional as a side table in the lounge or reading corner. Like most mid-century modern pieces, the casework appears seamless, joints are invisible, and slightly curved edges show the quality of danish midcentury design. The cabinet is made out of carefully selected teak veneer with solid wood details and slim tapered legs emphasizing scandinavian origin. Legs are detachable for more convenient transport. It is a beautiful and functional piece in fantastic original vintage condition with minor traces of use, wood preserved with danish oil. Ground clearance: 25 cm.
