Console

Console (or extra cabinet or bedside) vintage walnut. 1 tablet in the lower part, 1 drawer with its original button. Height 70 cm, length 55 cm, width (or depth) 36 cm. The furniture was first completely cleaned and then treated against xylophages (product without biocide and solvent, containing neither insecticide nor biocide). It is therefore perfectly healthy. The studs, sleepers and tray were then shaded (3 layers). The color applied is very trendy (blue/green). The entire piece of furniture (including tray) was finally protected by applying a hard oil (3 layers). Composed from natural materials, this oil does not turn yellow, and protects the furniture against wear and water. I have voluntarily kept, as shown in the photos, some insect holes to preserve the aged effect. All the work was carried out by a cabinetmaker trained in furniture makeover techniques.
