Erard brand upright piano

Erard brand "secretary" type piano (upright, suspended mechanics) certified by the brand (numbered 126675) and dating from 1940. Piano appraised in the summer of 2019 which resulted in a point-by-point diagnosis (available on request) including the general conclusion notes a cast iron frame in good condition and an ok soundboard (nice sound), and notes a few points requiring repair (a few pegs worth driving in to give more strength to the instrument, some mute keys to replace). Also note that the wood on top of the piano is stained.
