Creations by the Cloutier brothers, featuring delicate bird-like feet visible at the front and a small protrusion at the back representing the tail. In excellent condition, with remarkable shine. The iconic twins of ceramics. Robert and Jean Cloutier (07/08/1930 - 2008 and 2015). Trained by Georges Jouve, they joined Pol Chambost's workshop. In 1955, they founded their own studio in PARIS. Their works are distributed in the major Mitsukoshi department stores, with which they have collaborated since 1967. They were invited to TOKYO to share their expertise and developed a red glaze that achieved worldwide success. They also worked with renowned architects on renovation projects, including the Galeries Lafayette in PARIS, as well as a partition wall for AIR FRANCE and the Iranian embassy on the CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES.
