Tulip dining table by Eero Saarinen for Knoll Int. Ø 91.5 cm. Designer Eero Saarinen (1910-1961) Brand Knoll International. Period 1950s. Material metal, marble (Carrara) Height 72 cm. Diameter 91.5 cm. Condition: The tabletop has been professionally restored by a master workshop. The polyester resin coating that had yellowed over the decades has been removed, and the marble has been polished to achieve a satin matte finish and treated with a protective stain-resistant impregnation. The base of the table shows signs of age-related wear and usage marks.
