Old English bistro chair "Penny"

Very nice english bistro chair. From the early twentieth century, of artisanal realization, it is entirely in solid beech. The dark oak color, the shade has taken a nice patina over time. What makes the originality of this chair is the round shape of the seat, hence the name "penny" for its resemblance to the coin. It has been slightly veiled over the years, for a very authentic final appearance. It receives a backrest with bars, quite wide, and 4 turned feet connected by an h spacer. The general condition is very good, with beautiful traces of life, but it is very stable and solid, as on the first day. Circa 1900. Size: Height: 82 cm. Width: 48 cm. Depth: 45 cm.
